Ingredients
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 pc (20 g) Milagro Farm Mixed Herbs
- 1 pc (50 g) On1Y Pepper Grinder
- 200 g Delichic Chicken Broth
- 1 ltr Nestle A+ Slim Skimmed Milk
- 400 g Agapi Protein Greek Yogurt (Natural)
- 1 Kg Red Lotus Special Flour
- 180 g Devavo Dijon Mustard Sauce (Classic French)
Instructions
- 1. Place 1 package of mixed vegetables in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Add 1 finely chopped onion, 1/3 cup flour, 1 teaspoon mixed salad herbs, and 1/3 teaspoon pepper to the saucepan. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 3. Pour in 1 cup chicken broth and 1 1/2 cups skim milk. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil.
- 4. Reduce the heat and cook the soup, stirring occasionally, until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Just before serving, stir in 1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheese and 1 cup of greek yogurt until melted and fully incorporated.
- 6. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard and mix well to enhance the flavor.
- 7. Serve the soup immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.
