Ingredients
- 500 g Spt Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 pc (1 L) Sofit Unsweetened Almond Milk Drink
- 48 x 250 ml Bisleri Packaged Water - Pack Of 48
- 200 g Urban Platter Vegetable Bouillon & Broth Powder
- 5 kg Organic Tattva Whole Wheat Flour Chakki Atta
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
Instructions
- 1. In a large saucepan, combine 4 cups of water, 2 cups of mixed vegetables, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable bouillon powder.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- 3. In a small jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk and 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour. Shake well until smooth.
- 4. Gradually pour the almond milk mixture into the boiling soup, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- 5. Reduce the heat to medium and cook, stirring frequently, until the soup thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
