Ingredients

  • 500 ml Amul Slim 'N' Trim Double Toned Milk
  • 125 g Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes
  • 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
  • 1 kg Tata Plus Iron Health, Double Fortified Salt
  • 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Drain the oil from the canned salmon and remove any skin and bones. Crumble the salmon into small pieces and set aside.
  2. 2. In a medium saucepan, heat 2 cups of milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Season with 1 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
  3. 3. Gradually add the crumbled salmon to the seasoned milk, stirring gently to combine.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp flour with 2 tbsp melted butter to form a smooth paste. Slowly whisk this paste into the soup to thicken it, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  5. 5. Simmer the soup on low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches your desired consistency. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. 6. Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired, for a hearty and delicious dinner.
