Ingredients

  • 51 g Knorr Thick Tomato Soup
  • 500 ml Amul Taaza Milky Milk
  • 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
  • 175 g Lemon - Imported
  • 500 ml American Garden Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. In a heavy saucepan, combine 1 can of tomato soup and 1 1/2 cups of milk. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.
  2. 2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle boil, whisking occasionally to prevent scorching.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to low and stir in 1/2 lb of crabmeat and 1/2 lb of shrimp. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the seafood is heated through.
  4. 4. Before serving, ladle the bisque into individual bowls. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to each bowl and stir gently to blend.
  5. 5. Garnish each bowl with a thin slice of lemon floated on top. Serve immediately.
