- 500 ml Mother Dairy Cow Milk
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of skim milk, 2 tablespoons of cake flour, 1 1/4 teaspoons of salt, 3/8 teaspoon of pepper, and a pinch of hing.
- 2. Beat the mixture with an electric mixer until well blended and smooth.
- 3. Transfer the mixture to a heavy pan and cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
- 4. Continue cooking for 2 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens and achieves a fluffy texture.
