- 200 g Orange Carrot (Gajar)

- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 500 g Minimeal Onion
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 140 g Modern Kitchens Raita Boondi - 100 % Rice Bran Oil
- 200 G Rock Salt Powder - Sprinkler 200 G
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes, carrots, and green peas until soft and mash them together in a bowl.
- 2. Mix the mashed vegetables with rice flour, turmeric powder, and rock salt to form a dough for the koftas.
- 3. Shape the dough into small balls and shallow-fry them in hot oil until golden and crispy. Set aside.
- 4. Heat 15 ml of oil in a pan and sauté cumin seeds until fragrant, followed by chopped onions, ginger paste, and minced garlic.
- 5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, then blend the mixture into a smooth paste using a hand blender or food processor.
- 6. Return the paste to the pan and stir in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.
- 7. Pour in the coconut milk, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes to create a creamy curry base.
- 8. Add the fried koftas to the curry, gently simmer for another 5 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
- 9. Prepare the jeera rice by rinsing the rice and cooking it in boiling water with cumin seeds and rock salt until tender.
