- 1 ltr Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Fruit Drink
- 1 Kg Cranberry
- 200 g Id High Protein Paneer (56 G Protein)
- 45 g Snapin Cinnamon Powder
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 150 g Urban Platter Arrowroot Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a small saucepan, combine 2 tsp arrowroot powder, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp salt.
- 2. Stir in 4 tbsp orange juice and 1 cup fresh cranberries, mixing well to dissolve the arrowroot powder.
- 3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it thickens and the cranberries soften, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. While the glaze is cooking, lightly pan-sear 400 g paneer steaks in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
