- 1 piece Coconut
- 70G Maretti Oven Baked Bruschette Mediterranean Vegetables Chips (70g)
- 200 ml So Good Plant Based Soy Beverage Unsweetened | Lactose Free | No Added Sugar | Gluten Free | Zero Cholesterol | Dairy Free |Non Gmo Soybean
- 750 g Priya Sunflower Oil
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 kg Beetroot
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 1 kg Rice
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 100 g Mix Seeds
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Rinse and soak the long-grain rice in water for 15 minutes, then drain it completely.
- 2. Heat oil in an air fryer-safe pan and sauté the garam masala and fresh turmeric for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes until lightly cooked.
- 4. Mix in the soy protein chunks and continue cooking for 3 minutes to absorb the spices.
- 5. Pour in the coconut milk and plant-based soy beverage, stirring well to create a creamy base.
- 6. Add the soaked rice and water to the pan, then season with salt and Suhana Dal Makhani Spice Mix.
- 7. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer and cook at 180°C for 15 minutes, ensuring the rice is fully cooked.
- 8. Once done, garnish the biryani with freshly chopped coriander leaves for added flavor and freshness.
