  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 kg Beetroot
  • 70G Maretti Oven Baked Bruschette Mediterranean Vegetables Chips (70g)
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • - Dark Soy Sauce-90 GM
  • 250 g Jasmine Rice

  1. 1. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch, salt, and black pepper, then toss tofu cubes to coat evenly.
