  • 1 piece Coconut
  • 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Orika Big Mustard Seeds
  • 500 g Onion
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • 1 kg Beetroot
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash and rinse the rice, then cook it in boiling water until soft, and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds; let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger to the pan; sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder; cook until the tomatoes are soft.
