- 250 g Tendercuts Basa Boneless Fillet F&S
- 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
- loose Ginger
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 1 kg Rice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

- 1. Wash and pat dry the fish fillets, ensuring excess moisture is removed.
- 2. Chop onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and green chilies into fine pieces.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 4. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- 5. Mix in garlic, ginger, and green chilies, cooking for another minute to release aroma.
- 6. Add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder, cooking until the tomatoes break down into a paste.
- 7. Pour in coconut milk, stir well, and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- 8. Place the fish fillets into the curry, ensuring they are coated, and cook for 10 minutes.
