Ingredients

  • 1 pack (6 pcs) Fresh White Eggs
  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 1 piece Coconut
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • loose Ginger
  • 1 pack (100 g) Khetika Stone Ground Turmeric Powder, Single Origin, With Natural Oils, High Curcumin,Reusable Pouch
  • - Rock Salt
  • 25 g Whole Black Pepper
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes before cooking.
  2. 2. Boil the eggs in a pot for 8 minutes, then transfer them to cold water to cool.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a pan, then sauté finely chopped onions until translucent and slightly golden.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic, ginger powder, and turmeric to the pan, stirring to combine the flavors.
  5. 5. Pour in the coconut milk and season with rock salt and black pepper, simmering until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. 6. Peel the boiled eggs and gently place them into the coconut curry; simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.
