  • 300 g Nutrich Chicken Thigh Boneless
  • - DELI QUINOA/BASMATI RICE 1KG
  • 1 pack (200 g) Wow! Coco Fresh Grated Coconut
  • - Ginger Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 110 g Unpeeled Garlic Cloves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 250 ml Real Thai Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the rice thoroughly and set it aside to soak for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate with ginger powder, turmeric, and salt for 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and green chili slices to the pan, cooking for 1-2 minutes for enhanced flavor.
