Ingredients

  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 250 ml Minute Maid Pulpy Orange Pet
  • 1 Combo Fortune Rice Bran 870G & Mustard Oil 1L Pouch
  • 200 g Mini Orange (Imported)
  • 1 Kg Red Snapper
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
  • 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
  • 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Black Pepper Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2. In a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, combine 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 3 tablespoons orange juice, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon salt, and the grated zest of 1 orange.
  3. 3. Arrange 4 snapper fillets in the baking dish, turning them to coat evenly in the mixture. Cover lightly and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg and a pinch of black pepper evenly over the fillets.
  5. 5. Bake the snapper in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, or until the fillets flake easily with a fork.
