- 280G Caprichos Del Paladar Roasted Chopped Tomatoes, 280G
- 50G Black Garlic Cloves, 50G
- 65G Natoora Root Ginger

Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, garlic, and ginger, and set aside for cooking.
- 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion until golden brown.
- 3. Add garlic, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and chili powder, stirring for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 4. Stir in the chopped tomato and cook until it breaks down, forming a thick masala base.
- 5. Add the cooked chickpeas to the pan, season with salt, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 6. Remove from heat and toss in freshly chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
