  • 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
  • - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt
  • 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
  • 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
  • 1 kg Rice
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.
  2. 2. Mix yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to form a marinade.
  3. 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. 4. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it in boiling water until soft, then drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
