- 500 g Haringhata Boneless Frozen Chicken Breast
- - Milky Mist Skyr Plain Yogurt
- 100 g Catch Garlic Paste
- 100 g Catch Ginger Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 250 ml Keya Lemon Juice
- 1 kg Rice
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside in a bowl.
- 2. Mix yogurt, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric, chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt to form a marinade.
- 3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 4. Rinse the rice thoroughly and cook it in boiling water until soft, then drain and set aside.
- 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken for 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
- 6. In a separate pan, stir-fry the frozen mixed vegetables with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
- 7. Combine the cooked rice with the stir-fried vegetables, mixing well to distribute flavors evenly.
