- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500 g Onion
- 250g Green Chilli
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to form a smooth dough, then cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, and chicken mince to the pan, cooking until the chicken is fully browned.
- 4. Mix in coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt, then cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Stir in fresh coriander leaves and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
- 6. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a thin circle.
- 7. Place a generous spoonful of chicken keema on one side of the rolled dough and fold tightly into a roll.
- 8. Heat a tawa or flat pan and cook each roll with a small amount of oil until both sides are crispy and golden.
- 9. Repeat the process for the remaining rolls, ensuring even cooking.
- 10. Serve hot with mint chutney or yogurt for dipping.
