Ingredients
- 1 kg Rice
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Garlic
- loose Ginger
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Wash and soak rice and urad dal in water for 6 hours or overnight.
- 2. Grind the soaked rice and dal into a smooth batter using water, then ferment for 8 hours.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies until aromatic.
- 4. Add chicken keema to the pan and cook, breaking up lumps, until well browned.
- 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and blend into the mixture.
- 6. Add turmeric, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, and salt, then cook for 2-3 minutes.
- 7. Garnish the cooked keema with fresh coriander leaves and set aside to cool slightly.
- 8. Heat a dosa pan, pour a ladle of batter, and spread it thinly into a circular shape.
- 9. Cook the dosa on medium heat until the edges lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- 10. Place a portion of chicken keema filling on one side of the dosa and roll it tightly.
- 11. Repeat the process for remaining batter and filling to prepare two stuffed dosa rolls.
- 12. Serve hot with a side of mint chutney or ketchup for added flavor.
