Ingredients
- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic, stirring constantly.
- 4. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, forming a thick base, about 4 minutes.
- 5. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, mixing well.
- 6. Add chicken keema to the pan and cook on medium heat, breaking it up and stirring occasionally.
- 7. Add salt and frozen mixed vegetables, cooking together for about 5 minutes until veggies are tender.
- 8. Meanwhile, boil the rice in 300 ml of water with a pinch of salt until cooked and fluffy, about 12 minutes.
- 9. Garnish the keema stir-fry with chopped coriander leaves and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 10. Plate the cooked rice alongside the chicken keema stir-fry for a balanced and hearty breakfast.
