Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Everyday Long Grain Rice
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 25G Kp Mut Suk Mas
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 15 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until aromatic, stirring constantly.
  4. 4. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, forming a thick base, about 4 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala, mixing well.
  6. 6. Add chicken keema to the pan and cook on medium heat, breaking it up and stirring occasionally.
  7. 7. Add salt and frozen mixed vegetables, cooking together for about 5 minutes until veggies are tender.
  8. 8. Meanwhile, boil the rice in 300 ml of water with a pinch of salt until cooked and fluffy, about 12 minutes.
  9. 9. Garnish the keema stir-fry with chopped coriander leaves and adjust seasoning if needed.
