Ingredients
- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 100 g Oats Jumbo
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
- 4. Add ground chicken keema to the pan and cook until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
- 5. Mix in turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt, ensuring the chicken is coated evenly.
- 6. Pour 300ml water into the pan, cover, and let the keema simmer for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
- 7. In a separate pot, bring 200 ml of water to a boil and add oats, cooking until creamy and thickened.
- 8. Combine the cooked oats with the chicken keema mixture, stirring well to blend flavors.
- 9. Adjust seasoning if necessary and let the mixture simmer for another 2 minutes.
- 10. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves before serving.
