Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies, cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
  3. 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add chicken mince and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break lumps.
  5. 5. Mix in coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt; cook for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Add a splash of water and let the keema simmer until fully cooked and flavorful.
  7. 7. For rice pancakes, mix rice flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a batter.
  8. 8. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter to make a thin pancake.
  9. 9. Cook the pancake on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
  10. 10. Repeat the process for the remaining batter to make additional pancakes.
  11. 11. Garnish the chicken keema with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
