Ingredients
- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 850 g Sundrop Heart+ Blended Cooking Oil
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies, cook for 2 minutes until aromatic.
- 3. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Add chicken mince and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break lumps.
- 5. Mix in coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt; cook for 5 minutes.
- 6. Add a splash of water and let the keema simmer until fully cooked and flavorful.
- 7. For rice pancakes, mix rice flour with water and a pinch of salt to form a batter.
- 8. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter to make a thin pancake.
- 9. Cook the pancake on medium heat until golden and crispy on both sides.
- 10. Repeat the process for the remaining batter to make additional pancakes.
- 11. Garnish the chicken keema with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
- 12. Serve the warm chicken keema alongside the rice pancakes for a balanced breakfast.
