Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds until they begin to sizzle.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and spices (coriander, turmeric, red chili powder) and cook until soft.
  5. 5. Add chicken mince, mix well, and cook until it turns brown and releases its juices.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt, then cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Finish with chopped coriander leaves and set aside the keema masala.
  8. 8. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour with water and a pinch of salt to make a smooth batter.
  9. 9. Heat a flat non-stick pan and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it thinly in circular motions.
  10. 10. Cook the dosa on one side until golden and crispy, then remove from the pan.
  11. 11. Repeat the dosa-making process with the remaining batter.
