Ingredients

  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 500 g Onion
  • - Tomato Ketchup
  • 250g Green Chilli
  • 100 g Jeera
  • - Red Chilli
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1pc Watermelon

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; cook until aromatic.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and cook for a minute.
  4. 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
  5. 5. Add chicken mince and sauté until it changes color.
  6. 6. Season with red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt; cook for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Add fresh coriander leaves and mix well; let the mixture cool slightly.
  8. 8. Prepare dough by mixing whole wheat flour with water and kneading until smooth.
  9. 9. Divide dough into portions and roll out into small circles.
  10. 10. Place a spoonful of keema masala in the center of each circle and seal edges tightly.
  11. 11. Roll out the stuffed dough gently into parathas without tearing.
  12. 12. Cook parathas on a hot tawa, adding oil as needed, until golden and crisp.
  13. 13. Repeat with remaining dough and filling; serve hot.
