Ingredients
- 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
- 500 g Onion
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 250g Green Chilli
- 100 g Jeera
- - Red Chilli
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Salt
- - Coriander Powder
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1pc Watermelon
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds; cook until aromatic.
- 2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and cook for a minute.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened.
- 5. Add chicken mince and sauté until it changes color.
- 6. Season with red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt; cook for 10 minutes.
- 7. Add fresh coriander leaves and mix well; let the mixture cool slightly.
- 8. Prepare dough by mixing whole wheat flour with water and kneading until smooth.
- 9. Divide dough into portions and roll out into small circles.
- 10. Place a spoonful of keema masala in the center of each circle and seal edges tightly.
- 11. Roll out the stuffed dough gently into parathas without tearing.
- 12. Cook parathas on a hot tawa, adding oil as needed, until golden and crisp.
- 13. Repeat with remaining dough and filling; serve hot.
