Ingredients
- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
- 500 g Urad Dal
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Soak the urad dal in water for 4-5 hours and grind it into a smooth batter.
- 2. Mix the urad dal batter with rice flour, salt, and water to make a dosa batter consistency.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, then sauté chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili.
- 4. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until soft, then add turmeric, red chili, and coriander powders.
- 5. Add chicken mince to the pan and cook until the meat is fully browned and cooked through.
- 6. Garnish the chicken keema with chopped fresh coriander leaves and set aside.
- 7. Heat a dosa pan and pour a ladle of batter, spreading it thinly to form a crispy dosa.
- 8. Cook the dosa until golden and crisp, then place a portion of chicken keema in the center.
- 9. Fold the dosa gently over the keema filling and cook for a few seconds before serving.
