Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 500 g Amma'S Special Idli / Dosa Batter
  • 500 g Minimeal Onion
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 50 g Everest Cumin Powder
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chilies, stirring for 2 minutes for a fragrant base.
  3. 3. Mix in turmeric, red chili, coriander, and cumin powders, cooking for 1 minute to activate the spices.
  4. 4. Add the chicken mince and cook thoroughly, breaking it up with a spoon for even cooking.
  5. 5. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened, forming a thick keema mixture.
  6. 6. Season the keema with salt and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves, then set aside.
  7. 7. Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle and pour a ladleful of dosa batter, spreading it thinly in a circular motion.
  8. 8. Cook the dosa on medium heat until crispy and the edges lift easily from the pan.
  9. 9. Place a generous portion of the chicken keema filling in the center of the dosa.
  10. 10. Fold the dosa edges over the filling to create a wrap and press gently to seal.
  11. 11. Repeat the process for the remaining batter and keema to make more wraps.
