- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 500 g Amma'S Special Idli / Dosa Batter
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- loose Ginger
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Rock Salt
- 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, letting them splutter for a few seconds.
- 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Stir in minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, forming a thick base.
- 5. Mix in chicken keema and cook on medium heat, breaking any lumps, for about 10 minutes.
- 6. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and rock salt; stir well to incorporate the spices.
- 7. Pour in water and simmer until the keema is fully cooked and slightly dry.
- 8. Finish with chopped coriander leaves, then set the keema aside to cool slightly.
- 9. Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladle of dosa batter, spreading thin to form a crisp dosa.
- 10. Cook the dosa on one side until golden, then place a portion of the chicken keema in the center.
- 11. Roll the dosa tightly around the chicken keema filling to form a neat roll.
- 12. Repeat the process for the remaining dosas and filling.
- 13. Serve the chicken keema dosa rolls hot with a side of chutney or ketchup.
