- 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
- 100 g Oats Jumbo
- - Onion-250 Gms
- 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- - Red Chilli Powder
- 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
- 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
- 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
- 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
- - Coriander Powder
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chili; set them aside.
- 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium flame, and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
- 3. Sauté the chopped onion until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
- 4. Add the tomato and green chili, stirring until the tomato softens and releases oil.
- 5. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala; stir for 1 minute.
- 6. Add the chicken mince, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked.
- 7. Pour in 200 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
- 8. In a separate pan, boil 200 ml of water and add the oats along with salt; cook until creamy and thick.
- 9. Combine the prepared masala chicken mince with the cooked oats in a bowl.
- 10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve warm.
