Ingredients

  • 1 pack (250 g) Venkys Chicken Kheema
  • 100 g Oats Jumbo
  • - Onion-250 Gms
  • 500 g Desi Tomato (Tamatar)
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 1 pack (100 g) Everest - Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • - Red Chilli Powder
  • 100 g Catch Super Garam Masala
  • 100 g Popular Essentials Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • 500 ml Oil (For Frying)
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - Coriander Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chili; set them aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium flame, and add cumin seeds until they sizzle.
  3. 3. Sauté the chopped onion until golden brown, then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the tomato and green chili, stirring until the tomato softens and releases oil.
  5. 5. Mix in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala; stir for 1 minute.
  6. 6. Add the chicken mince, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until the meat is browned and fully cooked.
  7. 7. Pour in 200 ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
  8. 8. In a separate pan, boil 200 ml of water and add the oats along with salt; cook until creamy and thick.
  9. 9. Combine the prepared masala chicken mince with the cooked oats in a bowl.
