Ingredients
- 100 g Salt
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- - Tomato Ketchup
- 500 g Sugar
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 750 Ml Kalverts White Vinegar
- 100 g Cornflour
- 100 g Rice Paper
- 150 g Tempura Flour
- - Soy Sauce-295 Ml
- 510 g Oyster Sauce
- 1 Kg Mushroom Shiitake (Approx.1Kg )
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet. Add the chopped vegetables. Stir-fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. Season with required sauces and spices, black pepper powder, and a pinch of salt. Remove from heat.
- 2. Take each soaked rice sheet, spread a small amount of the stir-fried vegetable mixture along one edge, and roll tightly into a cylindrical shape. Repeat with all rice sheets.
- 3. For the dipping sauce, mix tomato ketchup, white vinegar, sugar, and a pinch of black pepper powder in a bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
- 4. Serve the Cheung Fun rolls warm on a platter with the tangy dipping sauce on the side.
