Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 1 pc (1 L) Sofit Unsweetened Almond Milk Drink
- 300 g Organically Grown Cauliflower
- 200 g Hydroponic Sweet Bell Pepper (Cocktail)
- 150 g Mooz Cream Cheese
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Steam 500 g of cauliflower according to package instructions until tender, then set aside.
- 3. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup finely chopped onion and 1/4 cup diced bell pepper, sautéing until softened, about 5 minutes.
- 4. Transfer the sautéed vegetables and steamed cauliflower to a baking dish, mixing them evenly.
- 5. In the same skillet, melt another 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in 1 package of cream cheese and 1/2 can of unsweetened almond milk, whisking until smooth and heated through.
- 6. Gradually add 1/2 cup of shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese to the sauce, stirring until fully melted and combined.
- 7. Pour the cheese sauce over the vegetables in the baking dish, tossing gently to coat everything evenly.
- 8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
- 9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
