- 2. Let 10 oz of frozen french beans and 10 oz of frozen cauliflower thaw completely, then pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.
- 3. Arrange the thawed vegetables evenly in a 2-quart casserole dish.
- 4. Cut 1 lb of reduced-fat cheddar cheese into small chunks and scatter them over the vegetables.
