Ingredients
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 450 g Veeba Chef'S Special Hot-Sweet Tomato Chilli Ketchup
- 500 G Preserved Dried Salted Black Beans
- 430Ml Hellmanns Mayonnaise Squeeze Real
- 100 g Chilli Green
- 200 g D'Lecta 100% Cheddar Cheese Slices
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 500 g Uttam Sugar Brown Sugar Cubes
- 226 g French'S Classic Yellow Mustard Sauce
- 100 g Jk Jeera Powder / Cumin Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- 2. Lightly grease a baking pan with oil to prevent sticking.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine 1 minced garlic clove, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1/3 cup mashed preserved dried salted black beans, 1 tsp Tata Salt, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix until well combined.
- 4. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball, then flatten into a 5-inch circle with a 1-inch rim to form a bowl shape.
- 5. Place the bean bowls on the prepared baking pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- 6. While the bean bowls bake, prepare the filling by mixing 1/2 cup mashed preserved dried salted black beans, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp mustard, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp cumin powder, and 1/4 cup chopped green chilies in a bowl.
- 7. Remove the partially baked bean bowls from the oven. Use a spoon to fill each bowl with the prepared bean mixture.
- 8. Sprinkle the filled bowls with 16 slices of cheddar cheese.
- 9. Return the baking pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your cheesy bean-stuffed bowls!
