- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 51 g Knorr Thick Tomato Soup
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 500 g Dairy Craft Unsalted White Butter
- 150 g Mooz Cream Cheese
- 400 g Wickedgud 2X Fiber Penne Pasta | No Maida | Durum Wheat Semolina | Brown Rice | Healthy Diet Pasta
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil over medium heat. Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 1/4 cup of chopped green capsicum, and 1 minced garlic clove. Cook until the vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally.
- 3. Stir in 1 packet of thick tomato soup (prepared according to package instructions) and mix well. Heat the mixture until it is warmed through.
- 4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked vegetable mixture with 8 ounces of cooked and drained pasta and 1/2 cup of cream cheese. Mix until evenly coated.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to a 3-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle the top with a few small dollops of cream cheese.
- 6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the dish is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with a fresh spinach salad on the side.
