  • 100 g Broccoli Florets
  • 1 kg Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida
  • 1 kg Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. 2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of Mooz Butter Garlic & Herbes over medium heat and sauté 1/4 cup of finely chopped Sambar Onion until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in 2 tablespoons of Twf Bread Flour T55 - Specialised Maida and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly, to form a roux.
  4. 4. Gradually add 1/4 cup of finely chopped broccoli to the roux, stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  5. 5. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli mixture with the remaining broccoli florets.
  6. 6. Mix the broccoli mixture thoroughly to ensure even distribution.
  7. 7. In a separate bowl, prepare a mixture using 1/4 cup of Nutty Yogi Oats Flour (Gluten Free) and water to create a binding consistency. Gently fold this mixture into the broccoli mixture to maintain the airy texture.
  8. 8. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle oats flour on top for a crispy finish.
  9. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  10. 10. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
