- - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
- loose Ginger
- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 50 g White Sesame Seeds
- 1 kg Basmati Rice
- 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
- 200 ml Sesame Oil
- 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1pc Watermelon
- 30G Chili Flakes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook in boiling water until tender, then set aside.
- 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- 3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet and add tofu cubes, cooking until golden and slightly charred on all sides.
- 4. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and water in a bowl to create a flavorful sauce.
- 5. Add the sauce to the skillet and toss the tofu to coat evenly, letting it simmer for 2 minutes.
- 6. Chop the red bell pepper, broccoli florets, and spring onions into bite-sized pieces.
- 7. In another pan, sauté the vegetables with a dash of sesame oil and chili flakes until crisp-tender.
- 8. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the cooked vegetables for added texture and flavor.
- 9. Assemble the rice bowl by layering the cooked rice, sautéed vegetables, and charred tofu.
