  • - MF GARLIC CLOVES 100GM
  • loose Ginger
  • 1 bunch Spring Onion
  • 50 g White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 kg Basmati Rice
  • 90 g Dark Soy Sauce
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1pc Watermelon
  • 30G Chili Flakes

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the basmati rice thoroughly and cook in boiling water until tender, then set aside.
  2. 2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. 3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet and add tofu cubes, cooking until golden and slightly charred on all sides.
  4. 4. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and water in a bowl to create a flavorful sauce.
  5. 5. Add the sauce to the skillet and toss the tofu to coat evenly, letting it simmer for 2 minutes.
