- 400 g Cauliflower
- 500 ml Mother Dairy Cow Milk
- 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
- 1 Combo Herbs Mix
- 500 G Star White Pepper Masala Powder
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. In a large covered saucepan, cook 2 cups of cauliflower florets in 1 cup of vegetable broth until almost tender, about 10 minutes. Do not drain; set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with 1/4 cup of cold milk to form a smooth slurry.
- 3. Add 1 cup of milk and the cornstarch slurry to the saucepan with the cauliflower. Stir well to combine.
- 4. Season the mixture with 1/8 teaspoon of white pepper and a pinch of garam masala. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the soup thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs like chopped cilantro or parsley.
