Ingredients

  • 1 kg Whole Farm Premium Brown Rice
  • 50 ml Sprig Extract Of Natural Bourbon Vanilla Alcohol Free
  • 200 g Livyor Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 300 ml Puramate Pancake Maple Syrup
  • 1 pc (1 kg) Tata Salt 2 In 1 Shakti Jar

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse 1 cup of brown rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 4-6 hours. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Soak 7/8 cup of sunflower seeds in water for 2-3 hours. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a blender, combine the soaked brown rice, soaked sunflower seeds, 1/4 teaspoon of, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of water and blend until smooth.
  4. 4. Gradually add another 1 to 2 cups of water while blending to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
  5. 5. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a large bowl, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the solids.
  6. 6. Add additional water to the strained liquid to make up to 1/2 gallon. Stir well, taste, and adjust sweetness or salt if needed.
  7. 7. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days. Shake well before serving.
