  • 200 g Gadre Marine Tilapia Fish Fingers
  • 1 pack (500 g) Bhagyalakshmi Rice Flour
  • 95 g Keya Cajun Spice Mix
  • - Lime Juice-750 Ml
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • - Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • - Tortilla Wraps
  • 250 g Veg Mayonnaise Eggless
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
  • 1 pack (1 kg) Aashirvaad Crystal Salt | Iodised
  • - KATDARE BLACK PEPPER POWDER 12GM

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the tilapia fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. 2. Mix rice flour, Keya Cajun Spice Mix, and salt in a bowl to create a seasoning blend.
  3. 3. Coat the tilapia fillets evenly with the spice blend and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and flaky.
