  • 1pc Butternut Squash
  • 6 Pieces Daily Apple
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
  • 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
  • 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
  • 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and fibers. Peel the squash and slice it into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  4. 4. Arrange the squash slices in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Layer the apple slices evenly on top of the squash.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture evenly over the squash and apples.
