- 1pc Butternut Squash
- 6 Pieces Daily Apple
- 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 1 pack (25 g) Snapin Nutmeg Powder
- 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and fibers. Peel the squash and slice it into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder, 1/4 teaspoon cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 4. Arrange the squash slices in an ungreased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Layer the apple slices evenly on top of the squash.
- 5. Sprinkle the sugar and spice mixture evenly over the squash and apples.
- 6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until the squash is tender when pierced with a fork.
