Ingredients

  • 100 g Kale Leaf
  • 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
  • 100 g Broccoli Florets
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
  • 1 pc (50 g) Everest Tasteeto Black Pepper | Grinder Cap Bottle
  • 500Ml Pietro Coricelli Aceto Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  2. 2. Place the tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. 3. While the fish is baking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add 2 cups of broccoli and 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms to the pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Arrange 1/4 cup of fresh kale leaves on each serving plate.
  6. 6. Once the fish is done, place it on top of the kale leaves. Add the sautéed vegetables around the fish.
  7. 7. Optionally, drizzle a small amount of balsamic vinegar over the kale and vegetables before serving.
