  • 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
  • 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
  • 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
  • 16 g Orika Oregano
  • 1 Combo True Elements Raw Chia Seeds & Basil Seeds Raw
  • 100 ml Oleev Olivana Natural Olive Oil (Bottle)
  • 250 g Spinach - Chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook 500 g chopped spinach according to package directions; drain well and let cool slightly.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spinach, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 minced clove garlic, 1 tsp dried oregano, 4 tbsp chia seeds mixed with 12 tbsp water, 3/4 cup olive oil, and 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  3. 3. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight to firm up.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a cookie sheet lightly with butter or cooking spray.
  5. 5. Form the chilled spinach mixture into 1-inch balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared cookie sheet.
