Ingredients
- 500 g Honeyman Multi Flower Honey
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 200 g Hello Tempayy Simply Natural Tempeh Crumbles
- 349 G Morinaga Silken Tofu
- 100 g Salt
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder
- 500 ml Colavita White Wine Vinegar
- 100 g Zoff Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup sherry, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, and 1 teaspoon garlic salt to create the marinade.
- 2. Cut 500 g of firm tofu into thick slices or cubes and place them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the tofu, ensuring each piece is well coated.
- 3. Cover the dish and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to allow the tofu to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the marinated tofu to a baking dish, arranging the pieces in a single layer. Reserve the remaining marinade.
- 5. Bake the tofu uncovered for 1 1/4 hours, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade to keep it moist and flavorful.
- 6. Once the tofu is golden and slightly caramelized, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
