- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 5 ltr Saffola Sunflower And Rice Bran Blended Cooking Oil - Free 1 L Pouch
- 1 pc (52 g) On1Y Paprika Powder
- 500 G Star White Pepper Masala Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- 2. In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup cooking oil, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon, and 1/8 teaspoon white pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
- 3. Cut the paneer into thick steak-like slices and brush each slice generously with the prepared marinade.
- 4. Arrange the marinated paneer slices in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, ensuring they are laid flat and not overlapping.
- 5. Bake the paneer steaks in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, basting them with the marinade every 10 minutes to keep them moist and flavorful.
