Ingredients

  • 1 kg Rajdhani Red Rajma
  • 100 g Curryit Tamarind Paste
  • 1 pack (850 g) Kissan No-Onion No-Garlic Tomato Sauce
  • 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
  • 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
  • 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked kidney beans, 6 oz of tomato sauce, 2 tbsp of tamarind paste, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well.
  3. 3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. 4. Top the mixture with 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese, spreading it evenly over the surface.
  5. 5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt and slightly brown the cheese.
