Ingredients
- 1 kg Rajdhani Red Rajma
- 100 g Curryit Tamarind Paste
- 1 pack (850 g) Kissan No-Onion No-Garlic Tomato Sauce
- 250 g Mirchi Powder (Bedagi)
- 70 g Namakwali Authentic Mix Seasoning Flavoured Salt
- 200 g Grand Masala Handmade Garam Masala
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of cooked kidney beans, 6 oz of tomato sauce, 2 tbsp of tamarind paste, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1/4 tsp of garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well.
- 3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- 4. Top the mixture with 8 oz of shredded cheddar cheese, spreading it evenly over the surface.
- 5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- 6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to melt and slightly brown the cheese.
