Ingredients
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 200 g Hello Tempayy Simply Natural Tempeh Crumbles
- - Fresh Tofu
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Catch Sprinklers - Iodized Table Salt
- 180 ml Sofit Soya Drink Naturally Sugar Free
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Working with 1/2 cup of tofu at a time, gently squeeze out excess water using your hands and set aside.
- 3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 teaspoons of sesame oil.
- 4. Add 1 minced clove of garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 5. Gently crumble the prepared tofu into the skillet and sauté for 2 minutes, mixing well.
- 6. Season the mixture with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, stirring to evenly distribute the seasoning.
- 7. Lightly oil a casserole dish with a small amount of sesame oil.
- 8. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of bread crumbs into the casserole dish and rotate it to coat the bottom and sides evenly.
- 9. Transfer the tofu mixture into the casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- 10. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of bread crumbs evenly over the top.
- 11. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- 12. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- 13. Remove from the oven and let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
