- 200 g Old Hill Parmesan Cheese
- 500 ml Sids Farm Toned Milk
- 75 Nos Oregano Sachet
- 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with nonstick foil or lightly grease it.
- 2. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of oregano, and a pinch of black pepper until well combined.
- 3. Pour the mixture directly onto the prepared baking sheet in small, evenly spaced portions to form individual rounds.
- 4. Flatten each portion slightly with the back of a spoon to create uniform shapes and ensure even cooking.
