- 200 g Mother Dairy Paneer
- 50 g The Select Aisle Bread Crumbs
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 200 g Organigram Chia Seeds
- 500 ml Mother Dairy Full Cream Milk
- 35 g On1Y Grinder Italian Seasoning Flakes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup paneer, 1 cup ground nuts, 1 cup bread crumbs, 4 tablespoons chia seeds mixed with 12 tablespoons water, 1 finely chopped onion, and 1 tablespoon of italian seasoning. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly fry the patties on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- 5. In a separate bowl, mix 3/4 cup milk until smooth.
- 6. Arrange the fried patties in a baking dish and pour the milk mixture evenly over them.
- 7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the sauce is bubbly and the patties are cooked through.
