Ingredients
- 1 Bunch x 2 Coriander Leaves ( Kottambari Soppu )
- 35 g Foodie Puppies Freeze Dried Shrimp Snack
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 50 g On1Y Black Peppercorns With Grinder
- 850 g Oleev Smart Vitafit Edibale Vegetable Oil
- 1 kg Whole Farm Grocery Sugar (Packet)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. Rehydrate 500 g of freeze-dried shrimp by soaking them in warm water for 5-10 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
- 3. Pat the rehydrated shrimp dry with paper towels and arrange them in a single layer on an oven-proof serving dish.
- 4. In a mortar and pestle, pound 4 cloves of garlic and 4 sprigs of cilantro until roughly mashed. Grind 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper using the grinder and mix it into the garlic and cilantro mixture.
- 5. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a small frying pan over medium heat.
- 6. Add the garlic, cilantro, and pepper mixture to the pan and stir-fry for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant.
- 7. Stir in 1 teaspoon of sugar, then remove the pan from heat.
- 8. Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the shrimp in the dish.
- 9. Bake the shrimp in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crisp.
- 10. Serve the baked shrimp on a serving dish and enjoy your delicious dinner.
