Ingredients
- 6 pcs Licious Brown Eggs
- 150 g Spring Onion (Kandychi Path)
- 1 pack (150 g) Grocery Farm American Pecan Nuts
- 1 pack (1 kg) Naga Whole Wheat Atta
- 1 kg Akar Powder Salt
- 500 g Refined Flour
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of grated carrots, 1/2 cup of finely chopped spring onion, 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecan nuts, 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 2 beaten eggs.
- 3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. If the mixture feels too loose, lightly mash the carrots and pecan nuts to help bind it together.
- 4. Using a scoop or spoon, take portions of the mixture and shape it into small patties.
- 5. Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- 6. Bake the patties in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping them halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- 7. Once baked, let the patties cool slightly before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
