Ingredients
- 1 pc Cabbage Red
- 500 g Carrot
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 100 g Milky Mist Cooking Unsalted Butter
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 500 g I'M Lite Sugar With Stevia
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2. Shred 1 head of cabbage and 4 peeled carrots. Dice 1 green pepper and 1 onion.
- 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, diced green pepper, and onion. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar substitute, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter. Mix thoroughly to coat the vegetables evenly.
- 4. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish and pack the vegetable mixture into it, pressing down gently to create an even layer.
- 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly caramelized on top.
