- 100 g Premium Coriander Leaves Without Roots
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 100 g Celery Stalk
- 100 g Garlic - Single Clove
- 500 g Carrot
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 pack (100 g) Tata Sampann Pure Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g X 3 Mtr Coriander Powder Combo
- 1 pack (1 kg) 921 Extra Long Grain Biryani Basmati Rice
- 50 g X 3 Milagro Farm Smoked Paprika Combo
Instructions
- 1. In a crock-pot, combine 2 finely chopped celery stalks, 3 minced garlic cloves, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp ground coriander. Add 4 cups of water and stir well.
- 2. Cook the mixture on the high setting for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 3. After 3 to 4 hours, add 2 diced carrots and 3/4 cup rinsed basmati rice to the crock-pot. Stir to combine.
- 4. Reduce the heat to the low setting and let the stew simmer for an additional 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the rice is tender and the carrots are cooked through.
- 5. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional soy sauce or pepper if needed. Serve hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
